Bolted Anchors at Quartz

Ever looked closely at the anchors atop "Romper Room" or below "Saturn" ? The way the hangers on those bolts are oriented, it looks like when the anchors are weighted, the leverage of rings against the rock wants to pry the hangers off the bolts... Know what I mean?
