This is ridiculous! You people are actually discussing lugging rocks, gravel, or a bunch of big stones, and wire and all that crap up to Bourbon Street Ledge ? Talk about changing Quartz... How about getting those geologists busy trying to put back the big chunk of granite that fell off and created Anorexia!!! Put a damn bolt between the 2 streets so people can traverse without a huge pendulum or relying on some stupid pink tricam. Then move on to more important business!
