TW Quartz has always been able to manage itself but when words like approved or unapproved are brought up concerning Quartz it sets the tone as if there already is a policy in place. No more bolts to me is pretty simple but when talk of removing this bolt because it is unapproved, we haven't had an approval process of any kind so how can something be unapproved? These are things to discuss in a meeting in my opinion.
